THE STORY

When a hotel management company wanted to build a premier luxury hotel in Fort Worth, Texas, they called the Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) experts at Logistics Plus. The Logistics Plus team helped coordinate, manage, warehouse, deliver, and install all materials needed to finish the 126-room project. Shortly after project completion, TIME magazine named the hotel property one of the World’s Greatest Places of 2024.

THE HIGHLIGHTS

• After a thorough vetting process by the hotel’s owner and its project management company, Logistics Plus was selected as the hospitality logistics and FF&E installation provider.
• A detailed scope of work and the project schedule was quickly contracted and implemented to accommodate the OFOI and OFCI items which began delivering in June for a planned hotel opening in October (just four short months).
• A Logistics Plus project manager and related team would be tasked to receive and warehouse all FF&E and OS&E (operating supplies and equipment) materials at its Dallas warehouse.
• The LP team would prepare, deliver, and install all required items, including owner furnished contractor installed (OFCI), for 126 rooms spanning four floors.
• Additionally, the LP team would receive, deliver, and set up items for the hotel’s bar, restaurant, general lounge, fireplace lounge, conference rooms, ballroom, library, retail space, outdoor courtyard, and outdoor pool area.
• LP successfully completed the entire project on time and within the quoted budget.
