THE STORY

When the COVID pandemic struck, Logistics Plus sourced, warehoused, and distributed millions of pieces of personal protective equipment (PPE), including masks, face shields, air purifiers, and more, to hundreds of hospitals, facilities, organizations, governments, and companies around the world.

THE HIGHLIGHTS

• Logistics Plus announced a new LPMed™ division at the pandemic’s start to source, import, warehouse, and deliver PPE globally.
• Logistics Plus received official U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) approval for imports of PPE and medical devices.
• The Logistics Plus China team helped find manufacturers that could supply PPE under the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) Authority.
• Logistics Plus leveraged its relationship with Delta Airlines, which was otherwise grounded during the pandemic, to charter passenger aircraft to import critical PPE orders.
• Logistics Plus successfully imported and distributed millions of masks, gloves, face shields, goggles, gowns, and more at a critical time of need.
