THE HIGHLIGHTS
- Circa 2023. Logistics Plus managed a complex, sometimes dangerous logistics project for Erie, PA-based Vorex, LLC, an American oil and gas producer.
- The entire project involved the delivery of $100 million worth of gas pipes totaling 22-thousand tons using four chartered ships.
- The final shipload of casing and drilling pipe was delivered directly to the Ukrainian port of Chornomorsk, the first non-grain vessel delivered since the war began.
- After the ships were offloaded, sometimes amidst nearby missile attacks, 1,000 trucks were used to avoid anti-ship mines in the Black Sea to deliver the pipes to their final destinations across Ukraine.
- The entire project was successfully executed with no human injuries.
