THE STORY

When a global artificial intelligence (AI) leader needed to expedite the shipping of 164 server cabinets weighing over 56 thousand kilograms, they called the LP Aero division™ of Logistics Plus, a global leader in air charters and airfreight solutions. The LP Aero team chartered the cargo from Chicago (ORD) and New York (JFK) to a major airport in the Middle East, where it was unloaded and successfully delivered to its final location.

THE HIGHLIGHTS

• Logistics Plus/LP Aero was hired by a globally recognized artificial intelligence (AI) computing company to expedite 164 high-value server cabinets to a complex region in the Middle East.
• Logistics Plus/LP Aero started by managing the truck transportation of cargo from the client’s facilities to a Logistics Plus warehouse, where the cargo was stored for airfreight transport.
• Logistics Plus/LP Aero coordinated the cargo transportation from the Logistics Plus warehouse to Chicago (ORD), then to New York (JFK), where it was loaded onto a B747F aircraft for the charter flight to the Middle East.
• Upon arrival, Logistics Plus/LP Aero managed the final transportation of the cargo to the consignee’s facilities ahead of schedule.
