When the world’s biggest co-working startup needed to grow, Logistics Plus helped them open nearly two thousand new offices around the world within four years, including sourcing, imports, warehousing, transportation, and final installation.
THE HIGHLIGHTS
- Circa 2016. Logistics Plus is hired by the world’s biggest co-working office space startup to provide a 4PL global supply chain control tower program to support the client’s sourcing, warehousing, technology, transportation, and installation needs.
- For this engagement, Logistics Plus created a dedicated support team, leveraged its global sourcing resources to help cost-effectively procure desks, chairs, and other furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), opened two large warehouses on the West and East Coasts of the U.S., and created a global, final mile installation network.
- Logistics Plus also developed the FF&Eplus™ technology platform to provide a turnkey warehousing, inventory, and installation solution for project managers, buyers, designers, and installers. The application is still being used by numerous other clients today.
- From 2017 to 2020, Logistics Plus would help this client open almost 2,000 new offices in 30 countries around the world.
