THE STORY

As part of the Tower Wing renovation at the historic Moana Surfrider in Waikiki, Hawaii, a hospitality client required the coordinated delivery of Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) for the property’s premier Penthouse Ocean accommodations. The project involved transporting furnishings and fixtures needed to transform the resort’s most spacious guest rooms into modern beach residences featuring custom amenities and luxury finishes.

Leveraging its expertise in hospitality and project logistics, the Logistics Plus Hawaii team coordinated the movement and delivery of FF&E materials, helping ensure the renovation remained on schedule and supporting the successful completion of the resort’s elevated guest experience.
