We at Hydrasun, a customer of Parker Hannifin, endured a real difficult few days last week, in relation to supply of critical goods to a key customer.  I’d like to say thanks to Emily, who had a real difficult journey in getting the goods to us.  After a serious amount of hours travelling, with very little sleep, I couldn’t believe how friendly and pleasant she managed to be, at the point of arrival. …. I’m not convinced I could have achieved this.  It goes without saying, and I’m pretty certain you’ll agree, you’re really fortunate to have a work colleague and an asset, that is Emily Grein.

I’m writing to you to  show my appreciation for the work your team is doing at Hero BX. Most specifically Chris caught a mistake made by Hero BX as a whole. This mistake if not caught could have resulted in our having a load rejected by a customer. This would have been a first for our company. We take great pride in saying we have never had a rejected load. Thanks for all your company does for us.

Thanks Tony!  I had to get moving out of the office, so I went to the Logistics Board, printed off my paperwork and labels and left a note for the Con-Way driver giving him a phone to call to get him loaded.  It worked out so very smoothly.  I so appreciate all your help on this AND  Logistics Plus always makes my office life a breeze.  Can’t thank your organization enough!  Have a great week!

I know in Customer Service we “drop in” hot shipments all the time, but this week was a great example of how responsive Ray Armel and Chuck Buhl are. I had 2 shipments for Oil and Gas customers that parts needed to ship ASAP and get there by yesterday. Ray was very quick to get the deliveries created and Chuck quickly stepped in to help with the logistics for both shipments. Without their help and quick reaction to my requests, we would not have had the favorable outcomes we had. Thank you Ray and Chuck for your quick attention to my requests.
