With the help of the Erie Community Blood Bank, the Logistics Plus Global Headquarters has hosted six blood drives a year since 2014. During this span, Logistics Plus employees have collected 300 units of blood and have assisted the lives of over 900 people at local Erie hospitals. Tracy White, human resources administrator at Logistics Plus said, “It’s the one thing you can give that doesn’t cost anything, it doesn’t take much time, and it stays local.”
As a non-profit organization, the Community Blood Bank has been providing a safe, reliable supply of volunteer blood to patients in need since 1966. To find out where you can donate, click here.
