Logistics Plus Renews Its U.S. EPA SmartWay Transport® Partnership for a 14th Year
Logistics Plus ranks among the top SmartWay Partners in carbon emissions per mile.
ERIE, PA (September 10, 2024) – Logistics Plus, Inc., a global leader in transportation, logistics, and supply chain solutions, is proud to announce that, for a fourteenth straight year, it has submitted and received approval for its current data submission to the SmartWay Transport Partnership, an innovative collaboration between the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the industry.
Since 2004, SmartWay has helped partners avoid emitting 153 million metric tons of CO2, 2.7 million short tons of NOx, and 112,000 short tons of PM, which helps protect the environment and keep Americans healthy. Based on the most current 2023 rankings, Logistics Plus ranks among the top partners for the least amount of CO2 emission grams per mile among the 4,531 active SmartWay partners.
Earlier this year, Logistics Plus was recognized as a 2024 G75 Green Supply Chain Partner by Inbound Logistics magazine, and it received Plastic Neutrality Certification for a fourth year through the Ocean Integrity Blue Ocean Program.

Logistics Plus Makes Inc. 5000 Annual List of Fastest-Growing Private Companies for a Ninth Time
Logistics Plus appears on the list for the sixth time in the past seven years and the ninth time overall.
ERIE, PA (August 14, 2024) – Logistics Plus, Inc. (LP), a global leader in transportation, logistics, and unique supply chain solutions, is proud to announce it has been included on Inc. magazine’s 2024 Inc. 5000 list, an exclusive ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in America. LP made the list with an impressive three-year sales growth rate of over 76% from 2020 to 2023 for its U.S.-based operations. Logistics Plus has made the list for the sixth time in the past seven years and the ninth time overall since 2007. Logistics Plus Receives Plastic Neutrality Certification for a Fourth Year
7.9 million pounds of plastic waste collected in the last four years is credited to Logistics Plus.
ERIE, PA (June 18, 2024) – Logistics Plus, Inc. (LP), a global leader in transportation, logistics, and unique supply chain solutions, is proud to announce that it has received the official Ocean Integrity Plastic Neutrality Certification for 2023 – a fourth straight year. Last year, Logistics Plus reduced its plastic footprint by supporting the collection of over 77 thousand pounds of marine plastic and waste.
The Ocean Integrity Blue Ocean Plastic Neutral Program allows companies with sustainability initiatives to establish their plastic footprint and reduce it by supporting the collection of marine plastic and waste. One ton of plastic in the ocean can cause up to $33,000 worth of damage to the international economy.
“Logistics Plus has truly made a remarkable impact on reducing plastic waste, having removed an astonishing 3,599,024 kilos of plastic over four years,” said Captain Kieran Kelly, Commissioner, Managing Director for Ocean Integrity. “This impressive achievement is a testament to their commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.”
