With an annual global revenue estimate of around $150M, Logistics Plus is not one the largest player in the $721B third-party logistics industry. However, we continue to be one of the most transparent and resourceful companies in the business. Case in point: The Logistics Plus Directory. We proudly showcase every one of our 400+ employees (to the extent we can keep up) on our website in our People Directory, and we provide most of our employees with email access and mobile phones to ensure 24/7/365 access when you need it (how many other 3PLs do that?). We also proudly feature all of our 50+ global offices on our website in our Locations Directory with interactive Google maps. Each location page provides a brief overview of the geography served along with local contact information.
Please feel free to reach out to any of our global locations or use our employee directory when you need to support. Click the circle on the left to access our Locations Directory and the circle on the right to access our People Directory.
The Logistics Plus directory is just another example of our Passion For Excellence!

Last week Thursday, Logistics Plus was given the opportunity to throw out the first pitch at an Erie Seawolves baseball game in Erie, PA. The person selected for this honor was Jesus Mireles de la Cruz “La Guera,” the father-in-law of Logistics Plus employee Alfredo Ayala. In addition to being Alfredo’s father-in-law, Jesus is also a former Double A player from México and was one of the Little League players that played at Williamsport in the 1960’s (Liga Pequeña Industrial from México). You can watch a short video of the first pitch on the Logistics Plus Facebook page.
(Pictured below on the left is Alfredo, Jesus and an Erie Seawolves player; in the center is Jesus and his grandchildren (Alfredo’s children); and on the right is a player recognition plaque for Jesus)

Less-than-truckload (LTL) shipping can seem daunting and complex. Rate tables, freight classifications, discounts, accessorials, minimums … understanding your charges is hard enough – let alone knowing whether you received a good deal or not. Don’t fret, you have an experienced Logistics Plus team that is ready to help. Rate negotiations, pricing agreements, freight bill auditing … we do it all.
Logistics Plus has LTL logistics specialists located in offices across North America; but most of our coordination comes from the LTL staff located at our Global Headquarters in Erie, PA. Recently, we were able to pry most of them away from their computers and telephones for a quick photograph so that we could introduce them to you.
Shown in the photograph are (left-to-right):
- T.J. McGraw – logistics specialist
- Neil McCord – logistics specialist
- Linda Swogger – logistics specialist
- Kristen Rzodkiewicz – logistics specialist
- Jessica Konieczki – logistics specialist
- Julie Moore – logistics specialist
- Marty Gloekler – logistics specialist
- Anthony Pachell – logistics specialist
(You can also find any of these individuals using our friendly, online global directory)
This group coordinates daily with hundreds of shippers and dozens of the industry’s top LTL and specialized freight carriers to secure the best rates, create bills of lading, schedule pickups, track shipments, and everything else that comes with shipping LTL freight within and across North America. Whether you need standard or guaranteed delivery service, domestic or cross-border, LTL or volume … or even small package parcels – this team has you covered.
One way this group stays organized and efficient is by using our proprietary eShipPlus™ transportation management system (TMS). Customers who wish to self-service their LTL freight shipping activities can also sign-up for a free eShipPlus.com user account. With eShipPlus, it’s very easy to obtain competitive LTL rate quotes for multiple carriers in one, easy-to-use screen. The system also helps users create bills of lading, schedule pickups, track shipments, pay invoices, and run customized reports.
If you haven’t yet worked with the Logistics Plus LTL staff, give them a try by requesting a free, no-obligation quick quote on your next LTL or Volume freight shipment. After just one or two shipments you’ll quickly see how this group puts the “plus” in Logistics Plus by doing everything you need to save time and money on your LTL freight shipping!
