THE STORY

When time was critical and lives were at stake, LP AERO – the air charter arm of Logistics Plus (LP) – rose to the occasion. A humanitarian partner urgently needed to deliver 500 gasoline generators from multiple suppliers across mainland China to Germany, supporting Ukraine’s energy resilience.

LP executed a complex, end-to-end air charter solution — coordinating across continents, overcoming customs and routing constraints, and delivering the shipment into Europe with seamless precision. From origin pickup to aircraft coordination and European handoff, this mission highlighted LP’s speed, global reach, and commitment to making a difference.

THE HIGHLIGHTS

• Multi-Origin Coordination: Generators were collected from multiple manufacturers across mainland China, requiring synchronized pickups and local communication to consolidate shipments.
• Cross-Border Consolidation & Export: LP managed domestic transport, warehousing, and export customs clearance in Hong Kong, ensuring fast transition onto an air charter flight.
• Dedicated Air Charter Execution: A dedicated aircraft was chartered from Hong Kong to Leipzig, Germany, where LP teams managed unloading, customs clearance, and onward truck loading in Europe.
• Flawless Handoff & Documentation: With support from LP China, LP Germany, and LP Poland, the shipment was cleared, released, and handed over with full transit documentation—ensuring the cargo continued on its path to Ukraine.
