THE STORY

When a medium-sized cryptocurrency miner needed to expand their data center footprint, they called LP Crypto Mission Critical Solutions. The LP Crypto Mission Critical team helped the miner successfully import, deliver, and set up a 10MW BTC mining facility with 100% of the expected operational hashrate.

THE HIGHLIGHTS

  • Monitored manufacturing progress and coordinated mining unit pickup from the factory.

  • charters, cleared US Customs, paid duties, delivered last-mile to the site).
  • Provided onsite staffing (15+ people) to support the workload surge
• The results were successful, including mining operations online at 100% of expected operational hashrate, installation/commissioning condensed to 8 days using LP’s extended workforce, helped minimize downtime and reduce deployment through proactive contingency planning, DOA miners addressed onsite to mitigate lost hashrate, and visibility to all inventory.
