We at Hydrasun, a customer of Parker Hannifin, endured a real difficult few days last week, in relation to supply of critical goods to a key customer.  I’d like to say thanks to Emily, who had a real difficult journey in getting the goods to us.  After a serious amount of hours travelling, with very little sleep, I couldn’t believe how friendly and pleasant she managed to be, at the point of arrival. …. I’m not convinced I could have achieved this.  It goes without saying, and I’m pretty certain you’ll agree, you’re really fortunate to have a work colleague and an asset, that is Emily Grein.

Hero BX

I’m writing to you to  show my appreciation for the work your team is doing at Hero BX. Most specifically Chris caught a mistake made by Hero BX as a whole. This mistake if not caught could have resulted in our having a load rejected by a customer. This would have been a first for our company. We take great pride in saying we have never had a rejected load. Thanks for all your company does for us.

Hi Ray and Chuck:

You have been nominated by David Vervoort as someone who has exhibited the LORD brand!  We want you and your manager to know how much your effort is appreciated.  You have demonstrated that customer service extends throughout the organization.

I know in Customer Service we “drop in” hot shipments all the time, but this week was a great example of how responsive Ray Armel and Chuck Buhl are. I had 2 shipments for Oil and Gas customers that parts needed to ship ASAP and get there by yesterday. Ray was very quick to get the deliveries created and Chuck quickly stepped in to help with the logistics for both shipments. Without their help and quick reaction to my requests, we would not have had the favorable outcomes we had. Thank you Ray and Chuck for your quick attention to my requests.

We have been using Logistics Plus for the past three years. Their response time, pricing, and services is one of the best in the industry. Many times we have complicated shipments that require special equipment or are in remote areas and they come through every time. The eShipPlus online program is also very easy to use for quotes, booking, tracking and printing the necessary shipment documentation.

Logistics Plus has provided Ernst Conservation Seeds the tools needed to give our customers the best price and service available. Their staff is top notch, friendly, and responsive. I recommend them over any other logistics company around. They make my job much easier and I absolutely appreciate it!

The Logistics Plus staff have been “just what the doctor ordered” for this supervisor. I have very little time to breathe when it comes to planning for this facility, so the added burden of scheduling truck traffic probably would have put me over the deep end. Logistics Plus and their website have made it easy to schedule our shipping needs, and they have saved us money and time as well. If we need to speak to a representative they are always there to answer the phone. I would highly recommend Logistics Plus to any business that has a need for LTL or truckload shipments.

I am writing to explain my experiences with the crew at Logistics Plus. I have been a customer for the past three years, and I can’t say enough good things about them. It has been an absolute pleasure working with them; anytime I need a truck at the last minute, you can count on them to cover it. I have called in numerous times to check on a load. I have never needed a pro number or any documentation, and they know exactly which truck I’m referring to and where it is en route. The rates are also completely competitive.
