Lines in Daimler’s Santiago, Mexico plant were about to go down due to no product. From the first mention of an air shipment to the final announcement that product was received, the load had Chuck Buhl’s full attention. This was a very rough shipment. Anything that could happen…did happen. However, due to Chuck’s dilligence in talking to FedEx, almost hourly, and his commintment to get Daimler their parts, a line down was avoided.
