It was a load that SGE wasn’t running but since me nor the carrier our night shift gave the freight to don’t really handle the Mexico loads we were a little lost BUT with the help of Dora she came through and provided all the necessary information I needed to get this freight cleared at the border. Lines in Daimler’s Santiago, Mexico plant were about to go down due to no product. From the first mention of an air shipment to the final announcement that product was received, the load had Chuck Buhl’s full attention. This was a very rough shipment. Anything that could happen…did happen. However, due to Chuck’s dilligence in talking to FedEx, almost hourly, and his commintment to get Daimler their parts, a line down was avoided. His hard work and the time he spent on this load is truly appreciated!”

I wanted to thank you for setting us up with Doria Troian at Logistics Plus for the transport of the Ward Diecutter. From the outset, Doria was accommodating, professional, and responsive. Her information requests from me were clear, and her communication throughout the entire process was outstanding.
What was most impressive, however, was the way she handled the problems that arose. When the flat bed that arrived in Spokane, MO was too high for the loading dock, she handled the situation quickly and correctly. And when the two flatbeds failed to arrive on time at Fort Smith, Doria remained calm, did not panic, and talked the drivers all the way on to the dock. All this, while keeping my installer (and me) from jumping off the ledge and incurring additional charges from the riggers. Doria really stepped up at the critical moment.
In this day and age, where people only contact you to complain about what went wrong, I wanted you to know how much I appreciate that these shipments went right.
