Starting today, Jim’s younger brother Doug will be the author and the editor and chief of all Social Media for Logistics Plus. As a retired postal worker, Logistics Plus felt that no one was more qualified to deliver the message more so than Doug. Now, if we can just get him to deliver it to the right address we will be on to something. Welcome aboard Doug!

The CSC participates in a program called Brand Integrity™ where we nominate fellow employees when we see them “Living the Brand” or acting in a way that reinforces these beliefs. Witnessing and sharing the brand personality in others helps us emulate these behaviors.
Chuck Buhl has been nominated as someone who has shown the LORD brand! We want you and your manager to know how much your effort is appreciated and how customer service extends beyond the walls of the CSC.
Lines in Daimler’s Santiago, Mexico plant were about to go down due to no product. From the first mention of an air shipment to the final announcement that product was received, the load had Chuck Buhl’s full attention. This was a very rough shipment. Anything that could happen…did happen. However, due to Chuck’s dilligence in talking to FedEx, almost hourly, and his commintment to get Daimler their parts, a line down was avoided. His hard work and the time he spent on this load is truly appreciated!”

The Erie team raised over $ 3,000, thus making the overall contribution close to an amazing $ 8,000. Thanks to the teams in Lexington, Dallas, Erie, and all of our supporters.
