Logistics Plus Turkey is proud to announce that they have planted 10,000 pine bushes in the Bergama, Kinik region of Turkey, creating the ‘Logistics Plus Memorial Forest.’ To learn more about the project, watch the video below or on the Logistics Plus YouTube Channel.
Logistics Plus received the following letter from the Aegean Forest Foundation:
The Aegean Forest Foundation, which was established in 1995; offers projects, practices, and trainings for the creation and sustainability of new forest areas, forest fires, land degradation, desertification, floodplain improvement, climate change, protection of biodiversity, rural development, adaptation of low carbon emission technologies, renewable energy, and energy efficiency working to raise awareness.
Our foundation carries out its forestation activities within the framework of the protocols it signed with the Ministry of Forestry. In 26 years, we have enabled nearly 12 million saplings to become trees and mix with the forest on an area of 75 thousand decares.
The saplings we planted when we were founded, the size of a pencil, have turned into trees today and mixed with the forests. This painting is our pride.
You created the “LOGISTICS PLUS MEMORIAL FOREST” by donating 10 thousand saplings to our İzmir Kırkgeçit afforestation project, where 50 thousand saplings were planted on 35 hectares of land.
Thank you for the support you give to our forests, which is the greatest legacy we can leave to future generations.

The www.logisticsplus.com corporate website recently underwent some minor updates. Some of the changes include:
- A simplified header and menu with a new “global locations” finder at the top (click the globe icon)
- Not sure where to find something? Just use the global search feature (click the magnifying glass icon)
- More prominent and improved featured images on the home page that complement the company’s updated branding
- More customer testimonials on the home page
- A streamlined footer with updated social icons at the bottom of every page
- Various subtle color, font, and sizing changes
- A streamlined Services, About, Contact, and Tools menu each divided into four digestible sections with links to a full menu for each

The Logistics Plus Project Cargo team successfully transported two autoclaves and work tanks from a barge in Houston to the client’s job site in Little Rock. First, the Logistics Plus team received the barge to the port of Houston. Our team then transported the autoclaves and work tanks to Little Rock river terminal and ultimately trucked them to the job site for final assembly at the factory.
- The autoclaves each weighed 103,000 kilograms (227,000 lbs.) with shipping dimensions of (mm) 51,000 L x 4,080 W x 3,765 H.
- The work tanks each weighed 55,800 kilograms (123,000 lbs.) with shipping dimensions of (mm) 50,500 L x 3,500 W x 3,427 H.

The Logistics Plus Chino, CA and Chicago, IL warehouses have been managing a massive rollout project. In January of this year, a top supplier in the medical device industry contacted Logistics Plus and asked if it could assist with importing, sorting, and distributing large freight shipments of Covid test kits. Within days of the request (and with some of the freight already in the air), Logistics Plus jumped on the project with the following scope of work:
- Arrange some of the air charters coming into the U.S.
- Send TSA drivers on-site to pick up the freight upon arrival
- Deliver the cargo to the Logistics Plus warehouses
- Break down the PMCs (airline pallets)
- Sort the cartons by SKU and lot number
- Group, palletize, and shrink-wrap the pallets
- Handle the outbound distribution to customers
So far, Logistics Plus has successfully transported over 100 million Covid test kits to dozens of retail and government clients across the United States. Another 150 million test kits remain at Logistics Plus warehouses in preparation for outbound distribution.
